Acting Schools In LA And Hollywood
The following is a list of acting schools in LA. While I cannot speak for each one of them, I have heard talk about most of the schools on this list in a positive light.
If you are new to the business of acting and are considering moving to LA, just make sure you do your homework and try and understand the market, think about how you will make ends meet and how you will be able to steadily increase your knowledge of the business. LA is a beast and can be very intimidating and have you feeling very isolated if you are not prepared. New York on the other hand is a great place to start acting for a number of different reasons. Perhaps the most important one is it is known that New York actors are well respected in LA, for the training they receive on the east coast and for the experience they generally bring with them.

Whenever I read the things on your site, the interviews and even your book, I feel like if only everybody got to read this before they got started, they would be so much better off and everybody else (casting directors, agents, directors, etc.) would be so much better off too.
