Comedy Monologues For Men
These are some of the best sites for comedy monologues for men. Many of the sites you see listed below will also have drammatic monologues as well. I have just two suggestions for you:
1. Know your type and make sure that your monologue, your résumé, your headshot all speak the same language and point in the same direction.
2. Don't forget to think about the delivery. It will do you little good to present yourself with a great monologue and do a poor job in reciting it. Karen Kohlhaus of The Atlantic Theatre School, is one of the best monologue teachers in New York. Check out her tips on how to nail your audition.
