Los Angeles Talent Agents A - H
This page consists of the first half of a list of more than fifty Los Angeles Talent Agents as well as a strategy or method of how to actually go about contacting them. There are three big mistakes that many new and aspiring actors make when contacting talent agents:
1. They are not ready for an agent. If you want to be interesting for an acting agent, you have to be able to act! If you go up before an agent and you have no acting skills, they will be able to see that and what's worse, they just might not forget you for a long time. That means, it could be a long time before you get that chance with that agent again.
2. They have no idea what agents actually do except "get you auditions". If you can show an agent that you have done your homework and that you understand how the two of you can work together for your acting career, you will be a much more intersting prospective client for them.
3. They have no plan when it comes to contacting or meeting agents. If you want to meet Los Angeles talent agents, you need an approach, a strategy, a plan that is more than just getting the list out and start calling people. What are you going to say? Also think about what will happen if you do get called in for an interview with an agent. Are you ready for that? Do you know what to expect?
Take the time to prepare and you will be much better off in the end.
