I did what you said and I got two interviews with two agents! Thank you! Sorry but can I ask you how do I prepare to go meet the agent? What do I have to do?

How do casting directors know whether an actor is right for a particular role or not? Maybe an even better question is, how do they know that just by looking at your photo or at a reel? The answer has to do with sterotyping and putting actors into categories, which is where the term type comes from.
Every actor should know what his/her type is. Do you know yours? Are you the girl next door, the rugged-looking twenty-something, the athlete, the tom boy, the young mother? What type are you?
In other words, what kind of role would you most likely be cast in? In the short video clip below, which is just a piece of a long interview, I spoke with Amy Lyndon, a working actress with many years of experience and who is also an international booking coach as well as an award-winning film-maker. But is type casting a good thing? Amy Lyndon gives you some advice about that while looking directly at you into the camera! She is funny, intelligent and has so much experience as an actress that I thought you should be exposed to her to help you on your way to starting your acting career. Have a look at this video now.
Amy Lyndon has been working with other actors for years, helping them to book work and she is the creator of The Lyndon Technique.
